- A participant can only win once. If drawn more than once, he/ she wins the prize of higher value.
- Winners will be determined via Tambiolo Raffle Draw on October 18, 2019, at SolidBlack Studio, Cabaguio Ave., Davao City, in the presence of a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) representative. The announcement of winners is on October 18, 2019, via Facebook Live. The list of winners will be displayed at www.mx3.ph/news/mxtraordinarytriptoEurope on October 21, 2019.
- Raffle Prizes:
- Two (2) Winners: MXtraordinary Trip to Europe for one (1) pax, comprising of:
- An economy class roundtrip ticket from Manila (MNL) to Europe
- 4D/3N hotel accommodation with breakfast; includes airport transfers (pick-up and drop off)

- Winners will be notified via email, and a phone call from an authorized DMI-MX3 representative on November 7, 2019.
- Prizes are not transferrable and not convertible to cash.
- Extension of stay and all other expenses that are not expressly included in the travel prize shall be on account of the winner.
- Redemption for Travel Prize: Travel period is from December 12 to 17, 2019, and is non-negotiable. Redemption for Consolation Prizes is valid up to 60 days from the date notification is sent via SMS and/or email from DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in concurrence with FDA.
- DMI does not guarantee visa approval as the issuance of visa will still depend on the visa officer.
- This trip will be officially documented, the winners are required to participate for a possible interview, photo ops, and audio recording.
- The winners are required to participate with the group’s itinerary and as identification, they may be required to wear MX3 T-shirt during the event.
- Promotion is open to all Filipino Citizens above 18 years of age with valid Philippine Passport except DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. employees, its agencies, and affiliates up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
- All promo participants shall abide by the mechanics and other implementing rules to be set by DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. that will be fair and just while this promo runs on the valid promo period.
