Contest Mechanics and Guidelines:

This will be a NATIONWIDE Individuals/ entities who are Citizens of Philippine Republic, including Filipino Families (Citizens of the Philippines), Government offices, Barangay Communities, Congregations/ Churches, Private Companies; Hospitals; Pharmacy outlets; Supermarkets, Schools or Universities are eligible to join the competition.
Employees of DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. and members of the immediate family of any of the employees up to the Third degree, are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
Online registration of entries at BMS 2019 Registration and registration starts on August 1, 2019 (Thursday). Deadline in Registration of Entries is until October 31, 2019 (Thursday).
The main material for the Christmas Parol is the empty edited MX3 boxes. DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. will provide 3,000 pieces of empty edited MX3 boxes. Length of Delivery of the allocated empty MX3 boxes will vary on the location of the registered entry.
The dimension required both in height and width of the Christmas Parol, excluding the ornaments and decorations, is 6ft x 6ft. Artificial lightings and other decorative materials may be added to enhance visual display of the Christmas Parol entry.
The percentile ranking of each entry will be based on the following criteria for Judging:

Social Media Online Voting - 20%

Judges’ Score - 80%

Over-all % Score 100%

Social Media Online Voting – all photo entries submitted will be immediately posted starting October 1, 2019 (Thursday) in our MX3 website page. Every vote will add up to the daily rankings of the photo entry. Each visitor of the page is only allowed to have 1 vote per entry on a daily basis.

Judges’ Score - a panel of judges will be deliberating the entries that affect the overall impact of the entries submitted (photo and video). Composition of Judges scores (80%):

CREATIVITY – Design Idea, Composition, Material used (40%)
EXECUTION – Composition, Quality of Work and Visual Impact (20%)
BRANDING – Connection to the MX3 branding message (10%)
RELEVANCE – Consistent with the contest theme (10%)

7. Judging will be solely based on the official photos and videos submitted as indicated in the contest timeline. There may be an MX3 Representative or MX3 media partners who will conduct random visits to some entries, but this will not be included during the judging activity. The media documentation will be solely used to highlight the contest and documented for the use of DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc.

8. Three (3) top entries each from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will be declared winners for this MX3 Parol Making competition. Winning entries will receive the corresponding prizes:

1^st Prize: Php200,000.00 CASH, plus FREE Trip for Two (2) worth of Php300,000.00 to Holy Land Israel
2^nd Prize : Php100,000.00 CASH & FREE Trip for One (1) worth Php150,000.00 to Holy Land Israel
3^rd Prize : Php50,000.00 CASH
Five (5) Consolation winners of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 10,000.00) each from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao

9. All cash prizes are VAT exclusive and the non-cash prize/ award freebies are non-convertible to cash and is non-transferrable; Winner’s prizes will be forfeited if NOT claimed or used within 90 days after notification from DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. via text and voice call by an authorized company representative.

10. All Registered entries should be aware of the competition’s timeline:

August 15, 2019- November 30, 2019	Creation of the Christmas lantern
October 1, 2019 (Tuesday) until November 30, 2019 (Saturday)	All lanterns must be up for display on the said date. Lantern entries can be displayed/ hanged within the confines of their residential/ commercial premises (It should be protected from rain/ heat exposure).

Only the photo entry will be displayed in the contest gallery.*
October 1-December 8, 2019	Online voting period for the posted official photo of entry lanterns; Visitors can only cast one (1) online vote per entry on a daily basis.
December 10-December 12, 2019	Final Judging of ALL compiled official entry lanterns (both photo and video will be used for judging)
December 13-16, 2019	Tallying period of Judges scores and Online Votes
December 19, 2019 (Thursday)	Announcement of 5 consolation winners via Facebook Live
December 21, 2019 (Saturday)	Revelation and Awarding of Top Three (3) Winners at Capernaum Care Facility, SPMC Compound, Davao City
December 27-30, 2019	Online display of Lantern Winners (Major Prize and Consolation Winners) in MX3’s social media pages

All contest participants shall abide by the contest’s mechanics and other implementing rules to be set by DMI Medical Supply Co., Inc. that will be fair and just while this contest runs on the valid contest period.
