That the public may know:

Shopee Phil. Inc. as a platform is complying with the cease and desist order of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) dated January 16, 2019, to stop unauthorized online sellers of the following MX3 products:

MX3 Natural Pure G. Mangostana Xanthone Dietary Supplement Capsule

MX3 Plus Mangosteen Xanthone with L-carnitine and Coq10 Dietary Supplement Capsule

MX3 Coffee Mix with Mangosteen Exocarp (Garcinia Mangostana L.)

MX3 Mangosteen Tea – Pandan Flavor

MX3 Maxant Bar

MX3 Maxant White Bar

Only distributors and sellers authorized by the FDA and DMI Medical Supply Co. Inc. (DMI) can sell or offer for sale MX3 products. Please report either to the FDA or to DMI through customercare@mx3.ph. unauthorized online sellers to ensure that the MX3 products offered for sale are of good quality as registered with the FDA.
