Mechanics: 

1. Visit the official Facebook fanpage of MX3 by typing any of the following in the search bar: MX3 Capsule, Coffee and Tea OR type in the URL: https://www.facebook.com/dmi.mx3.ph/?fref=ts 

2. Once on the fanpage, users should click the “LIKE” button 

3. Participants should find the FATHER’s DAY PHOTO and make A PHOTO COMMENT below it, posting their Selfie or Memorable Picture with their Fathers. 

4. Fans can vote for their favorite smile pictures by “liking” the pictures. The most number of LIKES will win the contest. 
5. The PROMO will run from June 16, 2016 to June 8, 2016. 
6. Announcement of winners will be done on June 21, 2016. 
7. The three (3) winners shall receive: 

1st place: 1 Year Supply of MX3 Products 
(24 Boxes-MX3 Plus and 40 Boxes-MX3 Coffee) 

2nd place: 6 Months Supply of MX3 Products 
(12 Boxes-MX3 Plus and 20 Boxes-MX3 Coffee) 

3rd place: 3 Months Supply of MX3 Products 
(6 Boxes-MX3 Products and 10 Boxes-MX3 Coffee) 

Winners will be notified via a Notification message on Facebook, and the list of winners will also be posted on the MX3 Facebook page.

Claiming of Prizes 

1. Prizes can be claimed from the MX3 Offices or shipped via courier. A DMI-MX3 representative shall provide details to the winners from whom to claim their prizes in the respective malls. 

2. To claim their prize, winner must present notification from MX3 representative (private message or the announcement on Facebook) together with any valid ID: Passport, Driver’s License, SSS or GSIS ID, Postal ID, Voter’s ID, NBI Clearance or Company ID.

3. If the participant or his or her duly authorized representative does not personally claim the item/s sought to be redeemed within the redemption period, the item/s to be redeemed shall be forfeited in favor of MX3. 

4. Once claimed and in the possession of the participant, ownership and all risks pertaining to the item/s redeemed shall be vested upon the participant-recipient. 

5. All prizes earned under this promotion are not transferable and not convertible to cash.

Terms and Conditions 

1. Open to Filipino citizens or persons of legal age (at least 18 years old and above), and residing in the Philippines at the time of joining. 
2. By joining and participating in the promotion, those qualified and interested to join the promotion confirm, agree to and acknowledge that: 

     • He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of the same; 
     • DMI-MX3 is authorized to receive and use all personal information supplied by the participant in accordance with its privacy policy; 

3. Organizers of the promotion have the right to identify him or her as a participant or a winner in the promotion and communicate the same at any time in any territory and through any medium of release (mass media, digital media, etc.); 

4. He or she shall hold organizers of the promotion free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with his/her participation in this promotion as well as the statements and declarations made by participant in relation to the promotion; 

5. Organizers of the promotion may, without further compensation to participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information regarding this promotion by any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, in any country or territory in the world; and (b) authorize any of the above activities; 

6. Organizers of the promotion shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction and adaptations by third parties of any material or information regarding this promotion; and 

7. Promotion period is from June 16, 2016 to June 19, 2016 only.
