Being a warehouse man at 61 is not an easy job. The work requires long hours standing and hauling, leaving one with drained stamina and exhaustion. As a result, I suffered joint pains which affected my work.
I managed to have a balanced diet, exercise, and MX3 capsule. At my retiring age, I can still have a long way to go. I jestingly say, "I look groovy!" Thanks, MX3, your MX3 capsule, and MX3 coffee have helped do great things for me!
